# 3.4 - Program Accountability

> Accountability expectations for DPS field training personnel.

All training personnel are expected to:

* Uphold DPS Core Values
* Apply training standards consistently and fairly
* Document performance accurately and honestly
* Identify deficiencies early and recommend corrective action

Failure to meet training or documentation standards may result in removal from training roles at the discretion of the Field Training Director or Command Staff.
