# 5.10 - Warrants & BOLOs

> Requirements for arrest warrants, search warrants, and BOLOs.

### Arrest & Search Warrants

* Require **minimum two pieces of evidence**
* Submitted to Command for judicial review
* Evidence examples:
  * CCTV / photos
  * Fingerprints
  * Vehicle ownership
  * Prior identification

### BOLOs

* Used for wanted persons or vehicles
* Must include:
  * Incident summary
  * Threat level
  * Escape method
  * Related report/warrant number

BOLOs must be cleared once served or voided.
