# 6.1.1 - Mandatory Seizure Items (Always Confiscated)

> Items that must always be seized during lawful searches, arrests, or evidence processing.

The following items are always seized when discovered during lawful search, arrest, or evidence processing:

* Illegal firearms
* Explosives *(thermite counts)*
* Weapon attachments
* Weapon blueprints
* Dirty money
* Narcotics *(illegal quantities or unlawful possession)*
* Stolen ID cards
  * If claimed “it’s my friend’s,” it is still seized and ownership must be verified
* Advanced lockpicks / base lockpicks *(when unlawful or used in crime—see below)*
