# [1.1] - Division Ranks and Basic Roles

> Ranks and basic responsibilities within the Field Training Division.

| Rank                                | Role                                                                                                                              |
| ----------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Director of Field Training Division | In charge of the Field Training Division as a whole. **Current Director:** Vacant                                                 |
| Academy Instructor                  | Responsible for providing education to cadets when hosting academy sessions.                                                      |
| Head FTO (One per department)       | FTO that is assigned a leadership role for their department, they answer directly to the director of the Field Training Division. |
| Field Training Officer              | Responsible for training all active cadets.                                                                                       |
