Within the **San Andreas Medical Services (SAMS)**, the **San Andreas Fire Department (SAFD)**, and the **Blaine County Fire Department (BCFD)**, we hold our members to the **highest professional standards**. This manual has been created to outline our **expectations, guidelines, policies, and procedures**, ensuring consistency and accountability across all divisions.
