## Purpose

This document establishes the **expectations, rules, and responsibilities** of all Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel within the State of San Andreas.

The goal of these SOPs is to ensure that EMS personnel:

* Provide **professional, compassionate, and effective care** to the citizens of San Andreas.
* Operate with the highest standards of **integrity, accountability, and respect**.
* Support the safety, freedom, and well-being of the public through adherence to established medical and operational protocols.
