# [2.1] - Chain of Command

> Chain of command expectations for San Andreas Medical Services.

Chain of Command is one of the most important rules to follow within our SOP. Make sure you respect your superiors and follow their judgment if they are to give an order. When seeking help or advice, you must always follow the chain of command. When you need an answer, you are to go to the rank above you; for more urgent questions, you can reach out to a Medical Supervisor directly.
