# [7.2] - Pursuits

> Medical response after pursuits ending in vehicle collisions.

When there is an active pursuit that ends in a violent manner (any form of vehicle collision), Troopers must request EMS to the scene to ensure their suspect is okay. Check for a concussion, neck pain, etc.
