# [7.4] - Pursuits

> Professional conduct expectations when Medical Services personnel interact with Police and Fire.

We are all First Responders. We will ALWAYS maintain a professional attitude when dealing with PD. We have absolutely no say in how they conduct their affairs, so we will not critique them or how they operate. If a complaint arises, file it with your supervisor or command team. Supervisors, if PD/Fire are being medically negligent, report it to EMS and PD command and document the incident in reports. This is a serious issue regarding the status of their BLS certification.
