Within the San Andreas Medical Services (SAMS), the San Andreas Fire Department (SAFD), and the Blaine County Fire Department (BCFD), we hold our members to the highest professional standards. This manual has been created to outline our expectations, guidelines, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency and accountability across all divisions.
