Field Training Program
This section establishes the Field Training Program (FTP) for the San Andreas Department of Public Safety. The FTP is designed to prepare newly hired personnel for independent field duty by developing practical skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and confidence through structured training and evaluation. The Field Training Program serves as the bridge between academy instruction and full operational status.
