Off-duty officers must:- Avoid conduct that discredits DPS
- Use discretion on social media
- Not identify as law enforcement unless necessary for safety
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
Workplace Conduct
Personnel must:- Foster a harassment-free workplace
- Address disputes through proper channels
- Support teamwork, mentorship, and accountability
