What to expect after you’re accepted

If you’re selected, the onboarding process includes:
  1. Interview & Background Screening
    • This includes submitting fingerprints, a DNA sample (IC), and a photo.
  2. Intern Phase
    • You’ll be brought on as an Intern and paired with a certified Field Trainer.
  3. Training & Evaluation
    • You’ll undergo structured training from the Director of Training, followed by live field training.
  4. Promotion to Full Staff
    • Once your trainer is confident in your skills, you’ll be cleared for solo operation and full duty.
